Church Leaders

Christ the King Church is shepherded by our founding pastors, Bishop Ron Estep and his wife, Pastor Lorraine Estep. In addition to the leadership of the bishop and pastor, there is a system of elders and deacons who perform central leadership roles in the Church.

Senior Pastors

Ron and Lorraine Estep founded River of Life Tabernacle, which would later become Christ the King Church on 16. March 1975. Through the years they have relied on the faithfulness of the Lord, the certainty of the call and a passion to see the purpose of God fulfilled in their lives.

They have ministered in open-air meetings, tent revivals, national conventions, campmeetings, Bible Colleges and the nations of the world with a passion for God and compassion for people.

On May 23, 1999, responding to the call and prophetic word, Ron was consecrated Bishop by the late Apostle James Greene, Bishop Harry Lee, Bishop Jack Forbes and Bishop Huey Harris. He is a true father in the faith, having mentored many sons in the Gospel of Christ, both in the States and abroad.

Pastor Lorraine was ordained on March 18, 1988 and has been active in both the founding and the leadership of the Church. Bishop says she is a true Proverbs 31 Woman and a real mother in the House of God.

They have a large, growing family, with five children, 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

And when they had ordained them elders in every church, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on whom they believed.
